Christmas Ornaments
Christmas ornaments really vary from family to family. Some have old traditional Christmas ornaments that have been passed to them from their parents. They are very fragile and have a lot of sentimental value attached to them.
Some trees have a lot of home made Chirstmas ornaments on them. They have made them over the years with their children, and the children have brought home Christmas ornaments that they made at school. These Christmas ornaments have a sentiment value attached to them as well.
Many will see Christmas ornaments in a store that they like and end up decorating the tree with a whole new look and get rid of the old Christmas ornaments that they had been putting up year after year.
Christmas ornaments can be really traditional looking in red and green, or can be very modern looking in a shimmery pink or ice blue colour.
What ever you decide, make your Christmas ornaments special. Enjoy putting them up year after year. Add a new Christmas ornament to your tree every season.
I know many who buy a Christmas ornament whenever they go on a trip. It may have something to do with the country they are visiting or have the name of the city they are in on it. They really have fun taking them out of the box and talking about their trip as they hang them on the tree.
Christmas ornaments are easy to break. The shinny balls that have been around forever are really fragile. We wrap them in paper towel and then put them in a box that is lined with newspaper.
Sometimes a Christmas ornament is a nice gift to give to someone. They many not buy new ones very often and would really enjoy something new to hang on the tree. That way, year after year when they hang up their gift, they will think of the person who gave it to them. Nice!
