Bed Sheets
You can tell a lot about a person from the bed sheets they have hanging on their clothes line to dry. Are they boring with plain white bed sheets, or are they loud with shocking pink bed sheets?
Do their bed sheets tell you that they are outgoing and bold, or are they more subdued and laid back?
I think home décor tells us a lot about people's personality.
From the colour of the bedroom walls to the colour and pattern on their bed sheets, a personality definitely comes through.
Bed sheets come in so many styles, colours, materials, patterns and price ranges. If you go to a big department store and look at the variety of bed sheets they have to offer, you could be there forever making a decision. What thread count do you want, what material are you looking for? Cotton/polyester blend are easier to care for because they don't tend to wrinkle as much as 100% cotton sheets do. Egyptian cotton is really comfortable and a lot more expensive then a basic cotton sheeting.
Bed sheets can be really masculine looking or really feminine looking.
Sometimes you can mix and match to get the look you want. An easier way to buy them is in a package which includes the top sheet, fitted sheet and pillow cases.
Just laundered bed sheets feel so good the first time you get into bed after they have been washed. On a hot night when you slip into clean fresh smelling sheets? You gotta love it.
Some people are very regular about washing their bed sheets and wash them once a week on the same day. Others are not to worried and get to them every now and then. I guess it doesn't really matter as long as you know who is sleeping in them.
