Barbecue Sauce
There are many condiments in the world, but few can match the delicious delights and culinary versatility of barbecue sauce. Ketchup and HP sauce are delightful but if you want that smoky, spicy and sassy taste on your chicken, barbecue sauce must be your condiment of choice. I was at a barbecue the other day and someone said I reminded them of barbecue sauce so I said I would take that as a condiment. At the very same barbecue, I was sat at a table with a chess champion and we had a black and white chequered table cloth...it took him two hours to pass me the barbecue sauce.
Just imagine a barbecue where no barbecue sauce was available. It is a poor host that makes a guest feel unwelcome by not offering a nice bottle of barbecue sauce. So often, ketchup rules and barbecue sauce is treated like a second-class condiment. A sure sign of a classy host and a great barbecue is the presence of barbecue sauce in abundance. As you can tell, barbecue sauce is important. Doors may matter, but barbecue sauce matters more. You know what I am talking about. Barbecue sauce is your key to as barbecue taste sensation.
